This can be done by going to your webmail and following the link below the Login button called “Change your email password”

The easiest way is to simply email or telephone us and we can make changes for you straight away.

To do this you need to log into your Mailbox Control Panel, to do this type the following in to your web browser:
“mcp.<<yourdomainname>>” (no www), for example if your domain is “sabrannan-design.co.uk” type in “mcp.sabrannan-design.co.uk”.  Enter your email address and usual email password to log in.  Click on Autoreply Message, select Active and type in the message you want to reply with.

This is because in order to delete the email the system needs to copy it to trash before it can delete it from its current location and there isn’t enough space in your mailbox to store a second copy of this email with attachment.  To delete this email you need to log in to your Mailbox Control Panel, to do this type the following in to your web browser:
“mcp.<<yourdomainname>>” (no www), for example if your domain is “sabrannan-design.co.uk” type in “mcp.sabrannan-design.co.uk”.  Enter your email address and usual email password to log in.  You can now delete emails in 3 different ways, all emails in your mailbox, emails older than a specified date or emails larger than a specified size.  We recommend you delete emails that are larger than a specified size.  If your email with attachment is 5MB then this is 5120KB (1MB = 1024KB), therefore you need to delete emails larger than 5000KB.  When you do this please check you are not deleting any other emails that are larger than 5MB that you want to keep.  Once emails are deleted they cannot be recovered.
